The St. Sazerac Cocktail

Baja Toddy

A creative take on the Toddy, this Baja Toddy is refreshing with nice
citrus characteristics

• ¾ ounce AJ Dollarhide Spirit
• ¾ ounce Gran Classico
• ¾ ounce Orchard Pear Liqueur
• ¾ ounce Lemon
• ½ ounce Gum Syrup
• 2 dashes of Meyer Lemon Bitters
• 2 dashes of Damiana

Combine all ingredients and hard shake. Strain into a tall glass with ice and top with a lemon wedge.
